LaLiga Pool Party in Thailand a highly successful event
LaLiga and official regional partner M88 Mansion did it again! They organized a different kind of LaLiga Experience event with the LaLiga Pool Party held on April 30 at Sora Beach Rooftop Bar.
More than a hundred were in attendance. They range from online registrants, M88 Mansion and LaLiga representatives, media personnel, as well as VIP guests and personalities.
Those who were there were in casual beach attire, giving the event a relaxed atmosphere. However, the chill ambiance gave way to raucous cheers once the opening whistle was blown.
A reason to celebrate and have fun
The viewing party was timely as Real Madrid fans were able to celebrate their club claiming the domestic league championship this 2021-22 season after Los Blancos defeated Espanyol, 4-0. Although things did not go Espanyol’s way, their supporters still had fun from the various activities that were lined up the entire evening.
There was a unique Dartboard Game where the target is a giant velcro dartboard, and instead of steel-tip darts, players must kick a ball. The prize is according to where the ball sticks on the board.
Meanwhile, the penalty shootout is a game where participants must hit any of the logos painted on a wooden board to win. There was also a quiz game via QR code, where those who tried it out got included in a raffle draw.
Some of the rewards to winners include El Clásico hoodies and other LaLiga merchandise; Real Madrid, Espanyol, and Barcelona jerseys; Puma gift vouchers, and more. In addition, M88 Mansion handed out M88 Mansion-branded shirts, Maria’s Room calendars, and other merchandise.
There was also entertainment the entire evening. There was a Football Guru talk to analyze the match and discuss other matters concerning the Spanish topflight league and its clubs. Music was provided by a live band, and later that night, a DJ.
Free food was within reach, and drinks abound at the bar, keeping everyone full. A photo wall was also at hand for those who want to take selfies.
Adrenalina, the 2021-22 season LaLiga ball by Puma, was displayed inside a glass case for everyone to marvel.
The Bangkok skyline offered a wonderful backdrop in what was already a decked-out rooftop bar. This gave the experience of being on top of the world, especially those supporting eventual champions Real Madrid, a different meaning.
Everyone was tested according to health protocols for the safety of all attendees even if LaLiga Pool Party was held in an open-air venue.
Indeed, this one-of-a-kind LaLiga Experience was a nice way to cap the 2021-22 season now that the league has reached its conclusion.
The viewing party would not be complete without the live match, the feed provided by BeIN Sports.
A recap of Real Madrid’s win and their championship season
Brazilian winger Rodrygo scored a brace on the first half, proving that Real Madrid’s future is in good hands with its young players leading the way. Marco Asensio and Karim Benzema doubled the score in the latter half, stamping their class not just in the fixture, but in the entire league as well.
Joining in the celebration were about 59,000 ticket buyers at Santiago Bernabéu as well as the millions of Real Madrid followers around the world. Although there are still matches left to be played, Spain’s most successful club have made it mathematically impossible for other teams to catch up on them on the table.
This is Los Blancos’ 35th La Liga trophy and returning manager Carlos Ancelotti’s first Primera División title. This is also the season Ancelotti completed his collection of winning the six major championships for the Spanish squad by garnering the Supercopa de España earlier this year.
Ancelotti previously won the Copa del Rey, UEFA Super Cup, FIFA Club World Cup in his first stint. He was also responsible for Real Madrid’s La Décima, the club’s tenth UEFA Champions League silverware. They are the only club that has won more than ten UCL titles to date.
