Mundo Deportivo reported that Girona and Juventus are vying for the services of the 19-year-old Faye.
The Senegalese international has gained popularity as one of the best young defenders in the world today.
Faye has also captured the attention of several high-profile clubs, including Chelsea and Bayern Munich.
Chelsea tried to sign Faye in last summer’s transfer window, but Barcelona swooped in to secure his talent.
Faye inked a deal with Blaugrana worth €1.5 million.
Girona could use Faye as a defensive option since loanee Eric Garcia will return to Barcelona in the summer transfer window.
Meanwhile, Juventus needs a centre-back like Faye, as their defensive unit has been inconsistent this season.
