LaLiga matchday 17 fast plays: Puado, Strand Larsen, Correa
There are still matches on hand for matchday 17 of the 2022-23 LaLiga season, but that does not mean we can no longer deliver our featured fast plays of the week. First off is Javi Puardo, who scored the game-winning goal for Espanyol in their match against Getafe. He evaded two defenders and the keeper to place the ball toward the back of the net. His 62nd-minute incursion gave the Barcelona-based squad a 2-1 advantage. Second in our highlights is Jørgen Strand Larsen of Celta. The Norwegian forward beat the offside trap to score off a single touch, the assist courtesy of Gabri Veiga. Strand Larsen’s conversion salvaged his squad a 1-1 draw against Villarreal. Finally, Atlético Madrid’s Ángel Correa was the recipient of some quick passing, leading to a goal from the left side of the box. However, his side was not able to hold on to the lead, as El Bilal Touré of UD Almería countered with his own to end the fixture in a draw.
